Magnetic Connections  

The Yocan Draco Mini Herb Grinder is also equipped with magnetic connections, so as to make the use and operation of the smart grinder convenient and seamless.  

For example, the lid of the Yocan Draco Mini Herb Grinder connects to the body magnetically. This means that the user simply needs to pull the magnetic cap to sever the connection and let the lid slide back in place to regain the seal. Speaking of which, the magnets are strong enough to ensure that the cover will not accidentally open up (causing a mess and a waste of ground herbs), but light enough to allow easy opening.  

The magnets on the lid also mean that since there are no threads, small particles and ground herbs will not make their way into the crevices of the threads. Since no material will build up or become trapped in between the lid and the body of the grinder, there will be less chances that molds will develop in these places overtime. Also, a simple wipe from a wet tissue can eliminate any mess in between the lid and the grinder.  

Yocan also gave the Yocan Draco Mini Herb Grinder a grinder catcher that connects to the base of the electric herb grinder magnetically. With that said, the same level of safety, convenience, and ease of maintenance can be enjoyed on the said component.  

Pyrex Glass Chamber  

The Yocan Draco Mini Herb Grinder uses Pyrex Glass or borosilicate glass for the herb chamber. This way, you can be sure that the type of material used for the electric herb grinder is laboratory-quality and will not break easily.  

For the uninitiated, borosilicate glass is the material of choice by many manufacturers when it comes to making electronic rigs (e-rigs). That’s because lab glass is more resistant to heat and will not have an immediate reaction when exposed to various temperature levels.  

Another benefit of using Pyrex glass is that you can see the consistency of the herbs you are grinding without having to remove and replace the lid every time you need to take a peek. By seeing the quality of your herbs, you can adjust your grind depending on your needs.  

As a quick guide, those grinding herbs for vaporizers would ideally want a finer quality as these would better react to the convection and conduction heating most vaporizers use. Meanwhile, a more coarse grind is wanted when you wish to smoke your herbs using a bowl or if you want to roll a joint. The airflow is better with a coarse grind and this is ideal when lighting up your herbs.
